DieselMath's calculators produce estimates built from public formulas and official data — EIA diesel prices, IFTA tax rates, and whatever you type in. They are not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and nothing on this site should be treated as a substitute for a licensed professional who knows your specific situation.

The numbers behind this site can lag or contain errors — see our methodology page for exactly how we source and validate them. Always verify a number against official sources before filing or signing anything, especially IFTA returns.
